SAT3 provides expertise in the development, planning and realisation of social goods and services for disadvantaged people and system analyses as a basis for social questions and answers.

Firstly, SAT3 was responsible for the coordination and management of this project. Secondly, SAT3 led activities relating to dissemination and quality assurance.
