Welcome To Your Library identifies new ways of identifying and developing genuine, sustained community engagement and partnerships that have a real impact – something that is of great interest to the local government sector as a whole. The findings and practice emerging from the project have wider implications for the local government sector, with some interesting lessons on connecting people with services.
